Salary hike post regular mba (tier 1)

If we pursue a regular MBA on sabbatical : This is after 16 years of experience, currently on c3b from last 5 years. 1)Will our role be changed to 1 level or 2 level - ie to consultant or sr. Consultant 2)how much % salary hike can we expect?
