Trending @Capgemini; Salary Hike or Position change for A4 ?

I was a shadow resource in a project for sometime and then on bench. Now I am again in project which is a billable project. So will I get a hike in position or in salary after 18 months? If I do not get a hike, I am thinking of leaving CG? Please suggest me what shall I do?

Just leave CG if you’re get hike in any of the appraisal cycle. You are in risk already and CG can through u out anytime better to find nee opportunity before it gets late
