Trending @HCL; Salary hike letter will be released or not

I have been working in HCL now for more than 2 year with same or less then what was offered to me, still everyone is just giving different dates or months for increment letter.

If anyone know please let me know and what can we expect in the hike.

Bro market is also not good right now I gave some interviews but not getting enough hikes and other need people in 15 days or less notice.

Same topic was discussed with my manager he directly told that the increment will be in single digit with no confirm date
