Salary hike is deferred

Salary hike is deferred. Deferred is denied so no point on discussing band. Look for jobs. I have already left.🍻

I am getting a few calls, but they deny and reject as soon as I say 90days NP. And they don't pay any heed even if I say it's negotiable and I can join in 2 months.

From info I heard most HR and companies need talent but their worry is whether employees will use the new offer letter to leverage old company to offer better salary if they are not on notice period.

Second, their interview and offer letter initiation takes almost 1.5 months average. So if you aren't on Notice Period and waiting for OL to put in papers that means from their perspective waiting 4.5 months to on board you.

Best thing to do is put in your paper. When you get calls tell them you are currently serving NP and your organisation is willing to release you early. The whole process will take 1.5 Months to 2 Months anyway from their end. Some cases even 3 months. So just do it.

Worse case scenario you don't get a job then withdraw your resignation.

I would suggest not to make any harsh decisions. Current market conditions are very bad. Let the markets stabilize. HRs are ghosting, layoffs are so easy.
