Salary hike in Internal Role
I have been asked to move to internal role for same project as I am bored in the current role. The role is for 10+ years experienced associates but I have only 3 years of exp. Can I ask for the salary Raise for that role and if asked what percentage hike could be considered?

Try and improve your negotiation skills here. When you speak to the DM/ HR and they explain you the roles and responsibilities with 10 years experience, have a strong argument on what you bring to the table and can be useful in that project.
If you don’t have any relevant skills then you’re at the mercy of your company but you need to start developing negotiation skills, primary building block of your career.
Good luck and have a great career ahead 🍀

No hikes for internal switch only responsibilities. It's a good opportunity to learn tgough

No, they will not give hike for switching to internal role. More responsibilities and tasks. However, salary will be same.

Create dependency and don't share knowledge with anyone. Take appreciation from customers and after that resign and ask for a hike more than that.

Amy internal work is career suicide in this shitty organization

You will need a genuine reason and business case to take up to the corporate. Role being 10 years experience and you being 3 years experienced does not seem to be a genuine case.
I once had a genuine case of 50% internal hike approved by project to take it to corporate level, but later foiled by RMG haramzadas.

Not possible without resign.
