I am surprised that you didn’t get anything. Maybe you are a lateral who didn’t complete two years. Depends on role . Please ask your manager on the hike criteria for las year. Next hike due form april announced in in June/July. Rating has immediate impact on variable pay. You would be getting highes variable pay in your peer group.
