Trending @HCL; Salary Hike for fresher

Hii,

I joined HCL in September 2024 through campus hiring and have been part of a project since December. While my role is titled Technical Lead with a package of ₹8.5 LPA, most of my current work has been limited to internal projects and training. I'm yet to get any hands-on or meaningful responsibilities.

I’ve been maintaining a quarterly rating of 8.5+. Can I expect increment?
