Trending @Accenture; Salary hike for completing One year after clearing PIP?

Hi fishes,

As I got put into PIP without any proper reason. But anyhow i have cleared it. Now recently on Feb I have completed my one year as a fresher. So after completion of one year in Accenture usually we get default hike.

But I have been on PIP and cleared it as well in Feb only.

So can i expect salary hike or should I talk with my manager on this? Will i get hike or will they won't give me the hike?

Or will I expect the salary hike in June cycle?

They will not provide any hike for this cycle atleast

For last cycle they didn't provided variable pay
So can't i expect for this cycle?

In my team there is a Sr Analyst and other 2 associates with 2yrs experience. Me and the other guy who joined together, gave KT. And mostly i used connect with them if there's any issue in the team or if they need any help. Also my TL newly joined in team from December. In my team mostly me and the other guy have managed the major issues. Even the other team members in the project used connect with me if any issues need to be discussed. But unluckily i got into PIP🙂 But now the other 2 associates who have less project experience than me and not much impact on team are completing 2yrs in Accenture and may get promotion to analyst. Me who is worsen my health before there joining when work used to be deadly... Now dealing with this PIP without even the completion of one yr in Accenture
And it was only 5 months into the project when I get to know that i was in PIP...🙃 I feel like sometimes Time will push you onto roads that test your strength.
