Buddy do you really think finding one job and then quiting was that easy, you would have never seen some people staying for long in the company.... Who does not want good package, better job opportunities, onsite etc Everybody is looking for either of the one ... But its not easy...process takes time... May be people at lower levels YOE can jump more easily than a person with 15+ YOE.... And yes my comment was not against you but against the mindset that there should be mass resignations.... Right now its tough out there.... Dont know which company might take what action to serve their bigger purpose.....
