Salary hike expectations!

tell me a good ballpark for negotiation where i am moving from a 5-day-a-week company to a (5+1) based on the workload a week company.

from one startup (under 100 employees) to a similar company.

tell me what's the baseline hike, what's average, and what's the best i can get?

Been there in similar situation, 6-days a weeks turns to 7-days a week in a blink of an eye and any amount of money is not worth the time, money or health you are going to sacrifice.
Unless you are really passionate about product you are building or ready to do it 110%.

As on real question: on avg you are going to work 2 months extra than 5-week a day in a year so whatever you are asking for 5days + 20% for 6th day at least

Since, you will have 50% fewer holidays, then you should ask for 50-100% more salary. Else don't join.
