Out of curiosity, did any of you read the Good Morning email that accenture sends ? Specifically around 6th match good morning mail?

I am at level 11 from 3.2 years, when can I expect promotion?

I am at level 10 from 3.5 years, when i can expect promotion, can I expect promotion in June? and what is the hike % for L10?

If we promote from level 11-10
How much hike percentage will expect?

The numbers have changed a lot now 67% people are saying they are accepting hike/promotion it gives hope. 33% are still pratical folks 🤣🤣.
