Trending @Cognizant; Salary Hike “Exceptions” – True or Just Rumours? 🤔
Hey folks,
Saw a few news articles and even quotes from the Q2 earnings call saying Cognizant has pushed hikes to H2 2025 for most people… but apparently some “exceptions” (top performers) have already received theirs.
I’m a top performer myself but haven’t heard anything yet. So now I’m wondering — is this actually happening internally, or is it just media spin?
Anyone here know of someone who’s already got an early hike this year? Would love to hear real experiences vs. headlines.

This is true but it's only 5-6 cases and these are CEO, CFO, CTO, CHRO and Account heads - as they are working hard everyday more than rest lakh of employees on every project and have rated themselves as 6 star which is beyond rating system themselves and got 20 percent hikes each and after that budget was over so for rest no hike
