Salary hike

Hi , i joined as a lateral in tcs in January 2023 .will I get an annual hike for this March as I completed 1year in tcs. After my annual appraisal process started i moved to the bench. Now do i get a hike if I am not in a project also.

Since you are a lateral, you will not get any hike for FYA. Only appraisal. No hike.

Now you didnt go through any appraisal for March 2023. That means only in next march you will go through it and only after that you will get hike
