Trending @Wipro; Salary Hike denied by HR
I have a salary less than 3 LPA after working 5 years and after getting B1 recently where i got a 10% hike. I approached HR to get at least a 40% hike. But he denied saying 40% is too much. The most they can give is 15%. The standard for everyone is 10%. What should be the next step? Should i send a resignation mail? I am currently leading a team and providing KT to this team.
Switch is the only option
Nobody will care until you resign but first get an offer and then only quit
3LPA for 5 years after that to 10% hike, Please find a better opportunity than this.
You deny service and opt for other options. Same thing happening with me..
Discuss with your manager and ask for 25%...and then look for opportunities outside. No point in working here when the organization does not recognise your hard work.
Obviously you should switch as you have experience and being underpaid.First get offer letter and then give resignation .
Its not even 10%
