Salary Hike?

I have heard as a part of financial year revision they will provide some 1-2% hike of 6/7K

If you are a lateral and have joined TCS on or before March of last year, you are eligible for hike this year. So in your case, you are eligible for hike and may be you will get the revised compensation within 2 weeks.

I've also faced this. This is really a bullshit. U r working for the whole year but there is no hike. Then why the hell do they are doing the anniversary appraisal for?

you will get band and hike this year. u should be receiving band alongwith other in your project.

You will get an anniversary hike as a fresher. But not a band. You will be eligible for next year's appraisal but it also depends on your project as well.

If you’re a fresher you will get hike but if you’re a lateral entry no hike in this year.

You will not get any hike in anniversary appraisal, and no band will be given. You will become eligible in next appraisal cycle

You will get 1% hike.
