Trending @Cognizant; Salary Hike and Resignation Query

If I resign at the beginning of next month, and the hike is scheduled to be given starting from the August salary, will I still receive the hike amount in my August salary? Or will the hike not be applicable because I will be serving my notice period?

Also, what will be the effective date of the hike? Will it be from April or from August?
