Salary hike after 3 yoe

I am working as a C1Y grade with completing 3 years by feb 3rd and my present role is ASE, I have joined TCS via smart hiring I am getting 3.9 present. How much can I expect this year?

Ask for Promotion now. At 3 years, you should be at C1 grade, system engineer. Don't expect much from Appraisal Salary Hike. If interested then go for Wings as well
