What will be the hike for senior software engineer to associate consultant for different ratings? Is there any minimum base pay is there for B grade as it changing from A to B
Let me explain my case. After second Appraisal or anniversary cycle, I got 2 ratings but did get promotion in december. So my package incremented from 4.35 to 4.8. And after three months ie. March. I got promotion from A5 to B1. And package increased from 4.8 to 5.4. So if you get promotion along with ratings and if you have 4.35 currently then it will be increased to 5.4. Based on ratings there will be difference of 20K in package.
As i have heard from many friends, in case of promotion from A to B your ctc is increased by 50k.
Nope, no such minimum base pay here. One of my teammate had received a hike of around 5% when got promoted from A5 to B1 last year
Everything depends on the final clause set by HR in the consecutive year for your last year hike... 😂😂 There won't be any definite percentage going forward..
What will happen if promotion and hike is combined, then what can we expect ?
