The only thing we can do is to disagree the band and dicuss with our manager so may be there is a chance to changing the band

You can try disagring with your band but nothing will happen. I tried last year, waited for 2 months hoping they will change band but nothing happened.

That's an interesting take but you need to physically protest stuff, May take everyone's signature and send an email to CEO and CHRO along with looping News agency (Ofc we need to do this using personal fake accounts)
