
Salary has been put to hold
Hello ,
Could anyone please help me what to do if my salary has been put on hold by my HR as I resigned the organisation but my notice period is 90 days and got LWD confirmation also.
As per policy last month salary should be put on hold but they have started to put my salary on hold from the first month as I resigned without giving me any information.
Please suggest here what to do to get my salary as per policy as I am in urgent need of this money.

I have spoken to them but they are saying that u are a new joinee because I have joined 2 months back before giving resignation. But there is no such rule/bond mentioned in offer letter to serve certain time before resignation and there is no probation period mentioned . So I resigned and I am ready to serve a notice period of 90 days according to the company's policy and even I also asked them if u wish u can waive this NP and release me early

Please suggest anything that could help me to come out of this situation
