I'm at CL-9 joined with 4.8 yrs of exp with 23+ CTC.. Now 5.6 yrs of exp

You are at much better position. People are getting 16L or 18L including variable pay at CL9...it is very good as per market

I am at CL 11 having 5 yrs of exp in development and now thinking to switch. What is the best CTC as per the market which I should expect. Any suggestions on this.

We don’t get that much of fix pay in spite of having 13 years of experience at CL-9

If your fixed CTC is less than 18 then you can think about the switch 👍

22 LPA 😭😭 we are getting only 2 lpa
