Trending @Accenture; Salary for CL 10

Hi Guys! I want to know few things -

  1. what is the ideal salary for CL 10 with 6 years experience? My job role is software developer.

  2. Also I was promoted in Dec 22nd so when can I expect the next promotion?

Performance wise I’m doing well. Receiving positive reviews from managers and people lead. I’m leading 2 associates. Working on the same salary from December 2022. There was no hike in 2023.

I feel the same. I have family responsibilities and dont wanna switch the job due to such vulnerable market conditions. I am requesting for a promotion and also feels that current project has on site opportunity. In future if i prove myself then could get one. So all this wait would be worth enough?
Currently, I am working as a DevOps engineer.

Your salary, my friend, is like a Bollywood movie - unpredictable and often disappointing. Promotion? It's like waiting for a sequel. Kab aayega, koi nahi jaanta. What's your next career move?

I feel like I’m underpaid. Planing to switch if I’ll not get a hike in mid year

Already it's confirmed there are no mid year hikes.
