Salary for 7 yr experienced backend developer in Capegemini

Hi, Capegemini offered me CTC 20 lakh 23 thousand with 10 per variable. Can someone let me know the maximum possible CTC for this experience range so that I can negotiate with them.

I think you should negotiate. For example my friend had received 20 Lpa at 4.2 years exp. I think try to get other offers and push this to 26-28 lpa

My current is good around 19 LPA as fixed but in a startup. Should I accept the offer or not? HR told me to negotiate when I finish my 90 days notice.
