Salary for ~3 yoe professional

I was placed for 17LPA package straight out of the college. Base was 8, most was refundable bonus, which I refunded after I left the company due to the bond. I left cause of no work and a lot office politics I saw my declination in the growth.

I joined the next company for less CTC. 14.5 LPA, joined in a hurry. 12 base + bonus.

Now I am switching, for what CTC and base I should aim for? I am a 2022 graduate. People here are posting of same YOE of mine that they are getting job for 40-50LPA.

When they ask my salary expectations I say 25LPA.
