Salary for 10yrs QA

Hi,

I am working as Automation QA, having 10yrs exp looking for change , I haven't switched in last 5yrs and there is not much salary growth happening. Can anyone tell me ongoing CTC for automation QA and which companies have good working working culture + provides good salary ?
