Salary expectations with 4 YOE in ABAP from Accenture ?

I work at Deloitte as an analyst with total 4 YOE and 2+ years of relevant experience in BRIM, my current package is 7LPA (fixed), recently I applied at Accenture, and HR is just proposing 30% of hike which I believe is very low, experienced professionals can you please help me know how much should be the hike and how much should I be expecting as per the market standards? Please share some suggestions to negotiate.
