I have 2.5 years of total experience... joined Infosys as a fresher and have almost 4lpa salary. Now I am getting interview calls but not sure how much to ask for. I have few external certifications too. Give me suggestions for the package I should initially demand
If you ask below 10LPA, you are doing a mistake.
It depends on what technology you are working on and also what skillset you hold. Usually for Nische /premium it's 60-200% depending on your current package and others skills upto 80%. Nische involves cyber security, AI, cloud computing, data science, CRM, etc., sevice based package offer will be completely different from product based companies and also startups.
