Salary expectations for 4 YOE

Currently I am having 3.8 years of exp and if I resign by the time complete notice it would be 4. Current CTC is 9LPA what CTC I could expect if I switch. Few of the recruiters offering 14 LPA

Come out of service based companies, many product based companies pay upwards of 30 lakhs base for 3 years of work ex. But the risk of getting laid off is high.

I highly highly recommend you join a product company now. Even if its 15 lpa, switch

I have 3.5 years of experience and working in a normal decent company. Making 13lpa.
I think at 4 you should target somewhere near 18-20.
Product based companies will most offer it easily

I am in the same situation like you my CTc is 9lpa. I expected 14lpa. But they have given me 17 lpa. I never mentioned my expectation from the beginning of recruitment process I kpt on saying market standards and company budget. So possible not mention expectation.
