The general formula is 10L * YOE ± 5L in a good market. Since the current market is down, it can be 10L * YOE ± 8L too. However, this is for the total compensation. That will include your Base, your Variables and on top of it any Stock Options or ESOPS (RSUs or NSOs) that your company provides you.

As much as the company can afford otherwise 10-100% raise over ur previous. Or u can go with elite ppl formula: 10 * yoe as ctc at the “minimum”
