Salary expectations

Can someone tell me what will be my monthly inhand salary if I get 11.12 fixed ctc from IBM? Also, Is it worth joining IBM?

Everything is in hand, so approx 92k if u opt for new tax regime

In my Experience

IBM is a good company. The majority of the projects offer WLB and no micro management. Finally it again depends on your project. Don't expect huge hikes if you're joining with the salary is beyond market value
