Salary Expectations

I am working in Accenture as a manual tester. How much CTC can I expect from the other companies?? Anyone..

Salary expectation do not work on bench marks. Even if every tester is the company is paid 10 LPA, but when you join from another company where your existing salary is 4LPA, the most you can expect is 6 or 7LPA. There is not way they will pay the person 10LPA.

In our country, your existing salary is the base over which the expectations are measured. Unless the skill you bring is very much in demand or you are being considered for a role involving P&L responsibilities.
