Salary expectations

For a 16 YOE Data Architect of cloud data platform with extensive experience on Snowflake, ADF, LogicApps.. is 60L too much to ask HR as expected salary?

Current is 35 but that is because did not get hike (it was just 2% once and nothing later) for almost 3 years in TCS and before that was at onshore in previous organisation for 2 years and they did not revise salary after coming back. That made me lose hike for almost 4-5 years.
