Salary expectation for Mainframe developer

I am working as a Mainframe developer with package of 11.07 LPA and has total experience of 8 years(5 in CTS and 3 currently in TCS).

I have started looking for job change and just wanted to know how much can I mention as expected CTC? Will it be right if I start with 18 LPA as expected? It will be very helpful if someone could provide your suggestions on mainframe technology salary package range.
