Salary expectation for Java Software Engineer with 3.9 YOE
Hi folks, I am in the final stages of offer from a semi product/IT consulting form. What should be the salary expectation from my side. I know I am underpaid here at Accenture with in hand salary of 5.75 LPA as there were no hikes/promotion from past 2.5 years :(
I don't want to be judged by my current package and be underpaid forever. Please suggest me a standard IT package as per my YOE.

Please switch at 5 YOE, your ctc should be 15-20 lpa.
Within this time please do some certification,
I am also java developer at 4 years with 8.6lpa inhand.
I am Confluent Certified Kafka Developer, Aws certified solution architect.
I will switch at 5 you also with same package 18-22 lpa, I can ask more as I have little more.
Best suggestion, perapre hard and switch for product based, your ctc will be around 40lpa
But at Accenture will you get 15l in 1y? I'm in same boat with same ctc, but my peers are earning more in Accenture and even outside Accenture. How are you planning to pivot pls suggest
