Salary expectation for a Senior Program Manager role with 10yrs exp(5yrs in Startups), tier 3 education

The title says it all.

While I understand that a lot depends on interview etc still want to understand what is the current market for this role? CTC upper limits etc.

I'm based out of Gurgaon, and wanted to understand how the CTC stands when compared with BLR?
