Salary expectation

I have 8 years of experience split equally between a big 4 company where I worked as an internal auditor and healthcare startups where my roles were across business development and operations. I’m looking to move into management consulting/program manager roles in pharma companies. I took a huge pay cut to work at the startups. Any thoughts on what my salary expectation should be now? Is 40 lakh pa too high to expect?
