Salary Expectation at Zolve

Hey Gviners, I have 9+ year of experience in Product and UX Design across Tier 1 Company with Tier-1 College and interviewing for Zolve. Currently running for US clients as boutique US agency. What should be my salary expectations there? What can be maximum negotiable salary?

Also how's the work culture there? Is it good for long tenure? Heard several bad reviews
