Trending @Infosys; Salary expectation & mid year performance
I completed 2 years in Infosys (TA - Backend(AI/ML)) and I have overall experience in IT for 9.3 years. I'm getting 10 LPA and still no hike. I'm waiting to get TL. How much salary can I expect for TA to TL ?
I have been working 12 hours a day and I got an appraisal from a client as well for great work but mid year evaluation my manager gave "met expectation" only. I expected outstanding or commendable but not given and I'm the only person working in the project. It is very ridiculous that I gave 100% to the project and even the client and project manager as well appreciated great work but didn't get as expected or do I need to wait for year end evaluation or Infosys is cutting the project budget?

9.3 years and getting just 10lpa .Here i am planning to switch SSE 4.2 LPA to 8 lpa with approx 3 years exp.(java dev)

Bro my teammate who has just 4.5 years of experience is getting 13 LPA. We both do same work but still I get only 4 LPA

Very less salary A/c to your experience. I referred a candidate in infosys who has only 2 YOE joined as an associate consultant received 12.5 LPA
Bro Do you know how much time it takes for promotion from TA to TL in Infy ? I have completed 2 years as TA in Infosys. When Can I expect promotion ?
Better option is wait for a bit and look for hike. In Parallel look out for opportunity if you get any good opportunities and better working space switch without delaying much.
