Salary expectation

I have my final round of interview scheduled for Niyo Solution Inc for APM profile.

Given that I have 1+ year of full time experience and have interned 1 year as Product intern before that, how much can I expect?

Current Salary: 13.5 fixed + 2 rentention + 2 performance based

Offered Salary: 18 fixed

FYI: They have currently hired few freshers for this position and are offering 18 fixed. Given that I have 1+ YOE, I think it’s a unfair deal for me.

What should I do?

Yes, I was also offered 18LPA 1 yr back. I was fresher. I rejected the offer. Later came to know that they had withdrawn rolledout offer letters. Keep something as backup.
