Salary expectation

How did you get an interview? I'd like to make the move too but not sure how

Take the salary that you get/is okay with you, work hard for 3-5 years. Then reap the benefits.

At an Analyst Level at a Indian T1 VC fund - about INR 25-35L (Fixed + Variable). Also, always ask for higher fixed instead of carry.

1 year is considered typically low I have no idea about your background, so truly depends on the tier of fund you get into
