Hi I have completed my wilp program from wipro. I have experience in java , spring boot, hibernate, docker and react js .now wipro is giving 6lpa . What can I expect outside if I try to switch?
You have 5 years of experience and M. Tech degree now. You can get package of above 12 LPA. Try startups you can earn more there.
Just a small update After Wilp when you get converted to Wipro Employee. You will be awarded with 0 experience similar to as of a fresh B2 Employee (even though you have worked 5years) If you resign you will not get any experience letter but any you r getting some degree in return for those 5 years of experience
What if I do not take their offer just resign before conversion so I can just take my degree certificate . Will they provide 4 years experience?
