Salary Evaluation Zoom, India

I about to receive an offer from zoom for ZP3 (~SDE3) Position in Bangalore. So far I have received the below numbers. Please help me to take the decision:

Fixed+ Retairal = 37LPA Bonus = 3LPA Stocks = 85000$ vested over 4years (each year 25% ) Annual compensation = 57LPA (37+3+17)

current company: Walmart Global Tech current compensation: 33LPA annually (SE 3)

17 lakhs is also taxable when you cash it. Also processing fee will be there when you bring your money from US Bank to Indian Bank.
