Salary Dispute

I was working with ____ organisation,I left that organisation on December 16th 2024. Still I haven't received my salary of November month and December till 15th . Whenever I am asking to Hr and Accountant ,simply they are delaying and giving false information.Company owner also not receiving my call.Today is 28th of Feb,now what to do ,kindly suggest me .
