Salary Disparity Concern

Hi all, I joined one of the Big 4 in July 2024 as an Analyst at 5.5 LPA due to the recession. I’ve now learned that some colleagues with the same degree and experience joined directly as Senior Analysts with higher pay.

As someone from the PwD category, I was hoping for fairer opportunities.

Before I raise this internally, I’d appreciate any input:

Has anyone faced something similar?

Tips on how to approach this with leadership?

Pay disparity is always there in corporate, you won’t counter this internally

Because you can’t prove anything and if say you compared with XYz person then both of you will be in tough spot.

So better is try negotiating that you are underpaid as compared to market insights or look for another opportunity and use that offer letter to negotiate internally

Else move to that company
