Salary disparity

Its been 3 yrs (total 7+ yrs of exp) i been into BPS clinical operation, in last 3 years bare minimum monthly hike 2K. I have been struggling financially and drain. Whereas in the project they r offering 7 digit salaries to candidates who won't carry any experience. (Irony is TL don't have that much of a package) Despite showcasing and outperforming they have given me C band, and when I raise concern they were like you have potential, u r shield etc. etc extra butter...you have work on PI; nevertheless I know nothing is going to happen. I have applied to so many applications, tried every possible way, ATS compliant CV, ChatGPT application track, etc. nothing is working out. Networks are of no use. I do believe in hard work but sometimes I'm afraid my manifestation is not working out. With everyday passing by I'm struggling mentally, spiritually, whereas people with half or not knowledgeable earning well. So much things going on in mind... Please suggest!!

I have spent around 3 years in tcs bps as a lead. Came from a product based (retail firm) thinking joining tcs would be nice and due to some other reason. Didn't know much about bps. Anyway I would not say about parity but in general bps is underpaid, probably because of the nature of work. You could see BPO 4-5 as well with a single digit lpa salary even after years of experience (remained loyal to TCS). If you only have bps experience then try for companies who are in the same domain. Put 30 days or less as NP on platforms, lie on call that your project is nearing the end and you can join early. One of the main reasons for not getting calls is 90 days & the market knows tcs does not give buy out. So lie on platforms and on call. Upgrade resume and try to tweek it with words to see which format gives better call back each week. Personally reach out to people on LinkedIn.

Exactly the same happened to me,I’m into tech with 11years of exp but my package is very less compared to my exp,I’m earning like 3-4 yrs exp candidates.i worked hard but still I received’C’ band.people with no knowledge in my team received ‘B’ band.if we put butter for leads and managers we will get better band instead of hardworking,I came to know this by receiving c band
