Salary discussions

I have a basket allowance of 485000 as per my offer letter, how can I utilise to the maximum. This includes HRA, LTA ,car maintenance and driver salary. I don't owe a car

That's for taxation details!! You don't need to worry on it as till 12.75lpa is non taxable under new regime If you don't submit suitable proof they are considered under Special allowances and are taxed!! You can get further info on your induction program day
