Hi folks Need some guidance Total yoe - 5.3 years I got 2 offers so far Current org - Wipro(Salesforce Developer, 6.7LPa) Offer 1 - EY gds(10.5 lpa) Offer 2 - Cognizant (12.5 lpa) Offer 3 - Accenture (waiting for HR) How much for a 5+ year experience candidate will get in Accenture banglore. Thanks

For your experience, its below market standards. Try to get 100% hike. Btw which project did u work for in wipro , am also sf Dev in wipro

For Accenture try to get a 25-30 percent hike over your cognizant offer

Try to get 15 and ask for more in fixed pay and less in variable. Accenture tricks candidates with variable pay. They declare huge percentage in CTC but gives less in actual pay
