Salary Discussion TCS

Can anyone explain what is ‘Monthly Performance Pay’ and ‘Performance Bonus’ in TCS? Will we get it based on performance? Also an approximate take home salary if Gross Annual is Rs.4200000.(new Tax)?

These are variable pay. If you have a project allocated then only one receives monthly performance pay. The Performance bonus is quarterly or annually bonus. Depends on your grade. Below C2 it's quarterly and may receive 100%. Above C2 it is given an annual bonus which is never 100%.
