Salary discussion from TCS as Data Engineer for 3YOE

Currently I am working as Azure Data Engineer in Infosys. My current CTC is 4.10lpa.How much max can TCS offer me? How much should I ask for 8lpa?

Well definitely try for 9-10, they'll give . If not take the offer and put a counter offer 12 you can get easily as per market std

They were saying that the will not give 100% as current market is not good. They agreed on 7.5. will try to get more offers. But not getting enough calls.

I think TCS can give 7-7.5 lpa max. But you can ask 8 lpa

Disagree with this, offer depends on manager and if you have any counter offers. I've seen people getting 10 LPA for 2yrs of exp.
