Don't answer this question in the first round or two if they ask you. Tell them you love their company and you can chalk this out later.
If you have to, quote a range like I'm expecting between 10-20%.
You can also ask what kinda budget do they have in mind for this role.
Interview with more places and you'll anyways get an estimate on your market value
